My Process…

  • Step 1: Let’s chat! By email or video chat, we’ll talk about your goals for the project and decide whether my services are a good fit for your needs.
  • Step 2: Settle the Specifics. We’ll determine the exact topic, scope and timeline, terms and pricing, and sign an agreement. If you’re not ready to make that commitment yet, we can start with a paid sample and make sure you’re happy with the product!
  • Step 3: Research and Writing! This is the fun bit for me! I take care to make sure each piece is as accurate and compelling as I can make it, consistent with your tone and style, and free of grammatical and spelling errors.
  • Step 4: Review & Editing*. This is your bit. Once you look over the original, you can send it back to me with any feedback. I’ll get it back to you, polished up for clarity, brand consistency, or other edits you may want. (*This first round of editing is included – free! – because I want to make sure you’re happy with your project, and that it connects you with your audience.)
  • Step 5: Publish! Once we’re both happy with the piece, I will send it to you as a .doc or .docx file (unless we agree to something else) to publish, post, or print.
